Terms and service information

Last updated 7 October 2026

This page sets out who provides the service, the information a service provider must make available, how to complain, and which law applies. The terms that apply to a purchase are shown to you in full before you pay.

Who provides the service

  • Name and legal form: All Signed Off Limited, a private company limited by shares, trading as TaxPost.

  • Registered in England and Wales, company number 17454593.

  • Registered office and postal address: 3rd Floor, Old Stock Exchange, St Nicholas Street, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 1TG.

  • Contact: hello@taxpost.uk. There is no telephone number; email is the way to reach us.

  • Professional body and professional title: none. All Signed Off Limited is not a member of a professional body and holds no professional title.

The service and its price

The pricing section describes what the service is, what it includes, what it does not include, which companies are eligible, and the price. That description is part of the information on this page.

Each filing year is a separate one-off purchase. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

If something goes wrong

Correcting errors

TaxPost will correct preparation or submission errors caused by the service without an additional service charge, including resubmitting the authorised filing and resolving the associated filing rejection.

If our delay makes your filing late, we pay the late-filing penalty Companies House or HMRC charges for it. That applies when you sent us complete records at least 3 working days before your deadline, and approved the documents within 1 working day of receiving them.

This does not promise payment of tax, interest or consequential losses, or cover general HMRC enquiries, investigations, appeals or unrelated Companies House correspondence. We don't pay tax or interest, or penalties caused by anything other than our own delay or error.

Refunds and cancellation

TaxPost refunds the service fee in full if it determines that a purchased case is ineligible, outside scope or cannot be completed by TaxPost. A customer who cancels before substantive work begins also receives a full service-fee refund. After substantive work begins, a customer-requested cancellation is assessed according to the work completed. Statutory or third-party fees already incurred are refundable only where TaxPost can recover them and must be disclosed before they are incurred. These policies do not limit statutory rights.

Complaints

To complain, email hello@taxpost.uk with the word Complaint in the subject line, or write to All Signed Off Limited at the registered office above. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do.

We acknowledge every complaint, look into it, and reply to you in writing as quickly as we can. If you are not satisfied with our reply, tell us why and we will look at it again.

Governing law

The service, these terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.
