This accessibility statement applies to https://taxpost.uk. The website is run by All Signed Off Limited, trading as TaxPost.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, you should be able to:

What you should be able to do

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings;

  • zoom in a long way without the text spilling off the screen;

  • navigate the whole website using only a keyboard;

  • navigate the website using speech recognition software;

  • listen to the website using a screen reader.

We have also kept the text as plain as we can. AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How accessible this website is

We are not aware of any part of this website that is not accessible. The site has no forms, no video, no audio and no documents to download; it is text, headings and links on a single light colour scheme with a visible focus indicator on every control.

Feedback and contact information

If you need information on this website in a different format, such as large print or plain text by email, email us at hello@taxpost.uk and tell us what you need.

If you find a problem that is not listed on this page, or think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, tell us the same way. We treat every report as something to fix.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality Act 2010 requires providers of services to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. If you are not happy with how we respond to a complaint about accessibility, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

Technical information about this website's accessibility

All Signed Off Limited is committed to making this website accessible, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

Compliance status

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, and automated tests check it against the parts of that standard a tool can check. Automated tests cannot confirm every requirement, and the site has not yet been tested independently or with assistive technology by people who rely on it, so we describe it as partially compliant until it has, and we do not claim more than that.

Non-accessible content

We are not aware of any content that does not meet the standard. If you find some, tell us and we will list it here with the date by which we expect to fix it.

What we are doing to improve accessibility

Every component of this site is tested automatically against the parts of WCAG 2.2 AA a tool can check before a change is published, and a change that fails is not published. Passing those tests does not by itself show that the site meets the standard, because some requirements can only be checked by a person. We keep body text at a comfortable size, keep every pairing of text and background at the contrast the standard asks for, keep controls large enough to use on a touchscreen, and keep a visible focus indicator on every link and button.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 10 September 2026. The website was last checked on the same date, by the automated checks that run as part of building it.
